A short note about our forums

Hello,

While we wait for our upload facilty to come back online, we would like to remind our users that we have a very vibrant cover request section community in our forums.

Here our users can request all manner of different covers. For example why not visit our Hi-Res Dvd & Blu-ray section to make a request for a cover that we don't have in our database.

The same applies to our Music section were we have an army of people happy to fullfill requests for all the latest covers including the more obscure titles.

Over 1 million posts have been made in our request forums. Why not visit them and become part of our family - As is our rule, every single account is free of charge, and every single cover is sent free of charge by our brilliant community of cover collectors.

We do not operate rags to riches schemes at the financial cost of our users. For example there are sites that use credit and different coloured membership schemes that cost you real world money. You won't find any of that tat here.

No, everything you find on our site is free. That is why we remain the longest standing cover archive on the internet.

Registrations have been canceled until the site has been sorted out.

Hello,

We wanted to make our users aware that we are having some quite serious technical issues at the moment - The forum in particular is being very screwy, with posts appearing and then disappearing.

With this in mind we have disabled new registrations until the problem is sorted. Here is a post Shez has made.

There continues to be some other site issues in relation to our cover database and also the upload facility.

This is a fault at our side, and we await for it to be fixed - Unfortunately there is not a timescale for the fix to be implemented, we are at the mercy of people who are 'away' at the moment.

All future questions to support about registrations and forum issues will be forwarded to this message.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, it is indeed a right pain. As soon as we have some good news to report, it will be made on this page.

Any of the mods that log into the forum i've setup, I will give you Admin access so you can look around the options and see what you think.

If you have some opinions on a possible domain name, should things go a different direction from the status quo, post your ideas in the one forum topic. If some concensus can be had, I can purchase the domain through my work ( I just pay cost... about $10 ), so I can grab it and have it available. I can move the test forum over to it as well.

I looked at the site last week and saw the message that all was working again (cries of joy

But yesterday I came back and the message was gone, it also looked like recently approved covers were gone and the forums were missing recent posts. All the symptoms of the recent troubles.
But today the message is back along with the covers and forum posts. I'm hoping that this was just a little glitch and all is still well.

I never noticed any issues and Im on here for a few hrs everyday

There are still issues with some covers uploaded when the server was dodgy but there are too many to go through so we have to wait until they are reported to sort those, otherwise everything seems to be working fine still

Actually i would like to ask the moderators of this forum why requesting of covers from Tv series never came.I've requested a few from last year till now but none is sent.Thanks again for all the wonderful covers sent for the movies cover.

Maybe no one has the covers you are looking for, or maybe it's because you never say thanks when you do get them!

There are a few of us that spend hrs in the movie section but no one in the tv section

A few of us pop in with some covers but really we need someone dedicated to it

I stay away from the tv section mainly because a full set of covers sent on most email addys requires several emails to be sent and on top of the dvd and bluray sends I simply dont have the time to mess about. If everyone had gmail I might do bit more but my collection is limited to around only 1700 covers so I couldnt cover half the requests anyway
