Default Problem with covers

Hi Gang

Long time ccovers user, first time forum person. What is wrong with ccovers, ever since yesterday, (July 19, 2008) have not been able to get any DVD cover pictures. Click to get cover picture preview, and it just sits there, never does open the picture.

Is the site having problems.? First time I have experienced this in the last couple of years I have been using it. I have done all the temp, etc. deletion stuff, Internet advanced options, no change.

Thanx....Gunny

I am sort of surprised no one has seen this bug report. I thought they pay more attention to this sort of thing. I am sure there has to be more people having the same problem, maybe they are waiting until there are a ton of people having the same problem. I have checked all my settings to make sure nothing was changed accidentally. I just used it yesterday early, and that same afternoon I went to use it and this happened.

It goes through the actions like it is going to work but puts out a blank page. I wonder if it has anything to do with active X controls. The picture don't show up in the little preview window either. I have tried it with all sorts of different movie titles, same thing.

Thanx....Gunny

This problem was meant to have been fixed on Saturday, so it should be fine now.

I have the same problem. I've been using the site for a very long time with no problems, but now the preview thumbnails don't display and if I select a cover, all I get is a blank window. Anyone know how to resolve this problem?
Thanks,
Larry

It was working ok for me yesterday - just tried a few more covers and they are all working fine as well.

Don't know if it'll help the bug investigators Heather but I'm using firefox as my browser and I have vista as my os.

Same here. It seems this site is hit or miss again! Just tried to download cover for "21". Shows thumbnail and cover loads. Try to do the disc and it shows thumbnail but will not download. yes this is Firefox 3 and I have used this site for a few years , but since it upgraded a few months ago, nothing but problems. Sad thing is the other sites,*********** and free covers net don't have the selection that is here. I know the two sites I mentioned will be blocked in my post, but why don't you leave it since everyone is having problems with your site and you can't fix it!
